Hi heard in in-game chat that there is a patch available in the toolbox, but I cannot find such a patch there
The problem I want to fix is that in 99% of cases, after a map ends, the next one does not load automatically.
So an exit of the BF exe and restart (luckily I have an SSD) is needed to load the next map.
I have some questions (like our comrade Eeck wrote)
1. About your SSD :
1.a. Is only your OS (windows 7 64 bits I suppose) installed on your SSD?
1.b. Or are on your SSD OS + Battlefield 1942 and FH installed on your SSD?
2. The best solution at this time seems to be: (but it is an expensive solution cause SSD are expensive).
2.a. Install only your OS ((windows 7 64 bits I suppose) + firewall + antivirus+ ccleaner+ Glary Utility + Spybot Search and destroy on a first SSD.
2.b. On a second SSD (the best solution is the second SSD has the same technical characteristics as the first SSD) and you install on it only the games.
3. About documents photos films.....etc , put them on an external USB2 classic HDD.
4. WARNING! If your video card has a Nvidia chipset it seems it is better to desinstall (uninstall) some Nvidia utilities because they can create conflict with last Nvidia video drivers.
Molchomor, did you fix the problem with BF freezing after map end? I have the same here
Hi all Comrades and you "Aoi"
1. Is it a new problem for you or always BF freezed after map end?
2. Can you tell us about your PC configuration:
2.a. Your OS (example Windows7 basic, family, pro, ultimate) and is it a 32 bits or 64 bits version?
2.b. What is the trademark and model of your mother boards and its RAM (for example 512 MB, 1GB, 1,5 GB.....6 Gb...)
2.c. What is the trademark and model of your Video card (Example Nvidia or ATI radeon) and its dedied memory (for example 512 MB, 1 GB, 2 GB) and is it a SLI modell (example 2* 9800GT Nvidia....2*5700 AMD ATI Radeon....).
2.d. What is your internet navigator by default? Example: Mozilla Firefox,, Chromium web browser...Opera.
2.e. Be sure all firewall are de-activated when your are playing online, be sure Torrent is not activated, be sure your Email alert box is deactivated, be sure "Origin (ex EA download manager)....Desura....Steam...Gamespy....are de-activated.
2.f. Only an antivirus must be actived (like Avast Free Edition is activated).
2.g. Be sure your Box (ex: LiveBox...free box) material firewall is on "Normal protection" or "Minimal protection".
